About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions. 2. Draft job descriptions (JDs), offer letters, and appointment letters for new hires. 3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 4. Assist with attendance and leave management for employees. 5. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. 6. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes. 7. Conduct research on employee engagement, team member satisfaction surveys, and other HR-related initiatives.
