About the internship As an HR Intern in the Centre of Excellence team, your responsibilities will include: -Performance Management: Assisting in managing employee performance, supporting the performance review process, and tracking key performance metrics. -Policy Implementation: Helping in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulations. -HR Operations: Assisting in day-to-day HR operations, supporting various HR projects, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. You will be working closely with the HR team and learning from experienced professionals. This internship provides valuable exposure to HR functions and the opportunity to make a direct impact.
