About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Post Job Listings: Create and publish detailed and engaging job listings on Internshala to attract suitable candidates 2. Screen Candidates: Review applications, shortlist potential candidates, and filter out unsuitable applicants 3. Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and manage interview appointments, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers 4. Draft Internship Opportunities: Develop accurate and appealing internship descriptions to attract high-quality candidates 5. Maintain Communication: Send invites, updates, and feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience 6.
