About the internship Are you a motivated individual with a passion for human resources? Coding Junior is seeking a dynamic HR intern to join our team! 1. Assist with recruitment process by posting job listings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. 3. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. 4. Assist with performance management tasks such as tracking employee evaluations and feedback. 5. Support HR team with employee relations by addressing any concerns or conflicts in a timely manner. 6. Assist with HR administration tasks including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. 7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.
