About the internship As a human resources intern at Techsol Engineers, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions while working closely with our talented HR team. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of HRIS, recruitment, and employment engagement to support the company's HR initiatives. Your strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with employees and candidates. Proficiency in MS Office will also be required for completing administrative tasks. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings. 2. Help onboard new employees by assisting with new hire paperwork and orientation procedures. 3. Utilize HRIS to maintain employee records and generate reports for management. 4. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing team-building activities and events. 5. Assist with performance management processes by tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers. 6. Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development of HR policies and procedures. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
