About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Candidate Sourcing: Search and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks. Post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates. 2. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. 3. Interview Coordination: Assist in setting up interviews, sharing schedules, and following up with candidates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the interview process. 4. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database. Track and report progress on recruitment metrics. 5. Communication: Communicate job requirements and company information to prospective candidates. Act as the point of contact for candidate queries and provide timely updates. 6. Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs and priorities. Support senior recruiters in executing recruitment plans. 7. Learning and Adaptation: Gain insights into the recruitment lifecycle and HR practices. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment tools. 8. Feedback and Reporting: Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers post-interviews. Prepare reports on daily and weekly recruitment activities. This hands-on exposure will help you understand the fundamentals of recruitment and HR management while building your professional skills.
