About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruit and onboard business development associates (BDAs) 2. Track team performance and report daily updates to the HR Specialist 3. Monitor BDA performance to ensure targets are met 4. Ensure each BDA achieves 5-course enrollments per week Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 26th Dec'24 and 30th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests We at Pinco, provide human touch & evaluate the performances manually, and generate reports on question-wise performance & overall performance.
