About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking. 2. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. 3. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs. 4. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. 5. Assist in preparing job descriptions and job postings to attract top talent. 6. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates. 7. Provide candidates with information about the company, job roles, and recruitment process. 8. Track and manage candidate progress in the recruitment pipeline using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
