About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Initiate or execute creative hiring strategies including employer branding, social media hiring, and campus hiring 2. Identify future hiring needs and develop job descriptions and specifications 3. Collaborate with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements 4. Attract suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. 5. Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions 6. Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best-suited open positions 7. Complete paperwork for new hires 8. Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity 9. Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company 10. Provide recruitment reports to team managers 11. Conduct different types of interviews 12. Design and implement recruiting strategies 13.
