About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assessing organizational needs to create job descriptions and roles. 2. Hiring Process: Managing the recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. 3. Managing health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. 4. Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. 5. Developing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
