As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of human resources while working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Conduct phone screenings and assist with the selection process. 3. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate information and maintain recruitment databases. 4. Coordinate and participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events. 5. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. 6. Support HR team with various administrative tasks and projects. 7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
