About the internship Job description About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building a strong talent pool and managing the recruitment process. Responsibilities: Talent Pool Building Maintain an updated talent pool database. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability. Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, including background checks and reference verification. Onboard new hires by preparing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation. HR Projects:Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and performance management. Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Stipend: 12,000 Rs.
