About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at YOLoud, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various initiatives and projects, while also honing your skills in English proficiency (spoken and written) and MS-Excel. Key responsibilities include: 1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews. 3. Maintaining and updating employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality. 4. Assisting with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations. 5. Providing support with HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. 6. Collaborating with team members on special HR projects to enhance employee experience and workplace culture. 7. Participating in training and development opportunities to expand your HR knowledge and skills.
