About the internship Are you passionate about early childhood education and looking to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources? SPACE For Early Childhood Education is seeking a dynamic HR intern with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) and proficiency in MS Word, MS Office, MS Excel, and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities. 3. Maintain employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy. 4. Assist in employee training and development initiatives. 5. Help with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback. 6. Support the HR team in implementing policies and procedures. 7. On the demand of the enthusiastic space-parents community, educational kits are designed to make learning fun. Space talks are conducted periodically which organizes knowledge-sharing sessions by experts. It has developed a virtual community of practitioners that get together every week to conduct free-form discussions on various aspects of child development.
