About the internship
As an HR intern at NayePankh Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. Your role will be dynamic, fast-paced, and rewarding as you work alongside our dedicated team to support our mission of empowering underprivileged communities.
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing paperwork.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist with organizing and coordinating training programs and development initiatives for staff.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as employee engagement surveys and performance evaluations.
