About the internship Research Team Member - Recruitment Analytics As a key member of our Research Team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing recruitment data shared by our customers. Your focus will be on identifying trends, sourcing the best-fit candidates, and optimizing the recruitment process through data insights. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Job Description Analysis: Review and analyze job descriptions to understand the specific requirements of each role. 2. Resume Sourcing: Use various tools and platforms to source resumes that match the job requirements. 3. Screening: Assess candidate profiles, evaluate qualifications, and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure alignment with client expectations. 4. Candidate Matching: Evaluate resumes, skill sets, and experience to find the best-fit candidates for client roles. Key Skills: 1. Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and extract insights from large data sets. 2. Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to match candidates with specific role requirements. 3. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms for resume sourcing. 4. Ability to screen candidates efficiently and effectively.
