About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assisting the consulting team in analyzing and improving HR processes for large organizations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning & development. 2. Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data related to employee engagement surveys, talent assessments, and organizational health assessments to support key project insights. 3. Conducting research on HR best practices, industry trends, and competitor strategies to help inform client solutions. 4. Supporting change management initiatives by preparing communications, presentations, and reports for clients. 5. Documenting project progress, outcomes, and insights while ensuring clear and professional communication with clients. 6. Participating in client meetings and discussions, gaining exposure to client management, expectations, and strategic HR decision-making. 7. Collaborating with the HR consulting team on day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth execution of client projects and tasks.
