Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating job descriptions and specifications.
2. Source candidates via online platforms and professional networks.
3. Screen resumes and application forms.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates.
5. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
6. Help organize and attend career fairs and recruiting events.
7. Collaborate on effective recruitment strategies.
8. Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems.
9. Stay informed on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
Required Qualifications:
1. Pursuing a Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in HR, especially in talent acquisition.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
