About the internship Key responsibilities: 1. Hiring Process Development - Design, implement, and manage comprehensive recruitment strategies from start to finish. - Define best practices for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. - Build a talent pipeline to attract high-quality candidates for both creative and technical roles. 2. Work Culture Definition - Collaborate closely with the founder to shape and nurture an inclusive, creative, and collaborative work culture. - Establish values-driven policies and programs to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity. - Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. 3. Employee Experience - Develop systems for performance management, feedback, and career development. - Create and implement engagement programs that foster team collaboration and motivation. - Address employee concerns with confidentiality and professionalism to ensure a positive employee experience. 4. HR Operations - Set up HR systems, policies, and processes to ensure compliance and scalability. - Manage compensation, benefits, and employee documentation. - Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure that the company remains compliant.
