About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Design and update job descriptions 2. Assist in conducting HR analytics to drive strategic decision-making 3. Source potential candidates from various online channels 4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates 5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms 6. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) 7. Distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests 8. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally 9. Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating training programs 10. Promote employee participation and communication 11. Handle administrative responsibilities 12.
