About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1) Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events 2) Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates 3) Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers 4) Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role 5) Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback 6) Support the creation of job descriptions and recruitment materials 7) Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events 8) Collaborate with the HR team on special projects related to talent acquisition Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 16th Oct'24 and 20th Nov'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society set up by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. The NIIT Foundation has the mandate to reach the unreached, uncared, and unattended to ensure inclusive development in India. To shape the mandate, the NIIT Foundation has begun a number of programs that would positively impact the underserved of the country through various educational interventions. The intent is to better understand the education and employability issues at the grassroots level and build sustainable training intervention models. The NIIT Foundation makes critical interventions towards upgrading the skill base and employability of marginalized youth in urban slums and rural areas.
