About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruitment strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract interns interested in finance and stock market profiles from platforms like LinkedIn and other sources. 2. Job posting: Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract suitable candidates. 3. Candidate screening: Review applications and conduct initial screenings to identify potential candidates. 4. Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and ensure timely communication. 5. Candidate engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback. 6. Documentation: Assist in maintaining organized records of candidate information and hiring process details. 7. Team collaboration: Work closely with the finance and stock market teams to understand their requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
