About the internship 1. Recruitment: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Maintain and update candidate databases and job portals. Participate in the assessment and selection of candidates. Assist in onboarding new hires, including document collection and orientation. 2. HR Processes: Support HR team in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Assist in maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate in organizing HR-related events and workshops. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes. 3. Documentation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and employee documents Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in documentation. Support in record-keeping and data management. 4. Employee Engagement: Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions. Contribute ideas for enhancing the workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
