About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at NayePankh Foundation, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks and projects, while also contributing to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. 2. Support in conducting orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the company culture. 3. Assist with employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. 4. Help in organizing training and development programs for staff members to enhance their skills and capabilities. 5. Support in maintaining HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. 6. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management review. 7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that aim to improve employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
