About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling the job portals 2. Working on recruitment and selection 3. Conducting the first round of interviews by connecting on calls 4. Maintaining a proper databases 5. Handling HR-related activities 6. Freshers will be prioritized more than experienced Note: The overall work of an HR intern will include 35% calling, 20% managing the databases, 20% working on portals, and 15% other HR operational activities.
