Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates screening resumes and scheduling interviews
2. Supporting employee onboarding procedures by preparing orientation materials and organizing orientation sessions
3. Assisting with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records updating HR databases and managing employee documentation
4. Participating in employee engagement initiatives including organizing team-building activities and events
5. Supporting performance management processes by collecting and analyzing feedback assisting with performance evaluations and tracking employee progress
6. Assisting with training and development initiatives including coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records
7. Contributing to HR projects such as policy development diversity and inclusion initiatives and employee wellness programs
8. Providing support with HR compliance tasks including ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
9. Assisting with exit processes including conducting exit interviews and facilitating offboarding procedures
