About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Recruitment support: a. Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. b. Help with sourcing and screening candidates by reviewing resumes and applications. c. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. d. Conduct initial phone screenings of potential candidates. e. Provide timely feedback to applicants regarding their application status. 2. Onboarding and orientation: a. Assist in the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and ensuring completion of paperwork. b. Organize and participate in new hire orientations. c. Help new employees get acclimated by providing them with necessary resources and information. 3. HR administration: a. Maintain and update employee records digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. b. Assist in managing HR databases and inputting data such as employee attendance, leaves, and performance information. c. Support the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management. 4. Employee engagement: a. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. b. Help gather feedback from employees to improve the working environment. c. Support employee welfare initiatives and contribute to team-building efforts. 5. Compliance and documentation: a. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws. b. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures. c. Help in filing and managing confidential documents and employee records. We have been quite successful in collating over, 25000+ stories from all over India, Kenya, and Nepal. We aim to identify location-based trends and inspire individual and community-based action to improve neighborhood safety. Furthermore, we have quite a few success stories around India and Kenya and our experience has been that the police have been proactive in taking action, like changing beat patrol timings, etc.
