About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Visible Gain, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent English proficiency in both spoken and written communication, as well as proficiency in MS-Office. 1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. 2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions. 3. Assist with employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining employee records. 4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs for employees. 5. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. 6. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR databases, creating reports, and updating policies and procedures. 7. Provide general support to the HR team as needed to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
