About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Sourcing the best-fit candidates for the organization and following up with the interview process 2. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures 3. Assisting with manpower planning and recruitment 4. Leading the recruitment process, including the selection and interviewing of candidates 5. Overseeing staff attendance and absence monitoring 6.
