About the internship We are seeking a motivated and creative training intern to join our training and development team. The intern will assist in creating engaging content and developing byte-sized learning modules for various in-house training programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in instructional design, content creation, and training delivery. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules. 2. Create engaging and interactive byte-sized learning content for various training programs. 3. Collaborate with subject-matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy. 4. Support the maintenance and updating of existing training materials. 5. Perform administrative tasks related to training programs as needed.
