About the internship As a HR intern (Growth Culture Enabler), you'll take on a unique and impactful role that combines recruitment, learning culture building, and organizational development. This role involves interacting with over 500 job applicants, 100 business owners, and 50 employees to cultivate a growth-oriented ecosystem. Whether it's inspiring job applicants to adopt a problem-solving mindset, engaging employees to thrive in learning drills, or helping business owners identify growth bottlenecks, you'll play a central role in driving transformation. This isn't a traditional HR role, it blends HR and Organizational Development it's a dynamic opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact on individuals and organizations. Our SD LMS (Socratic dialogue learning management system) is based on DT's thread-building technology. DT (SD LMS) helps product startups in grooming beginners for product-innovation roles. Some of our early clients are Kringle.ai (loyalty programs), Growpital (agri-tech), and IPx (fintech). In the long term, we'd like to serve schools, colleges, corporations, and institutions with a research and innovation culture. DT is funded by 5 school leaders, 3 parents, and 3 technologists including Mr. S.Vishwanathan (former CPO, NIIT Technologies), Mr. Anup Kalbalia (former lead, CodeChef), and Dr. Jyothi Reddy (Director of Education, The Shriram Universal School).
