About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Developing strategies to attract qualified candidates and retain top talent. 2. Managing the recruitment cycle including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. 3. Organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 4. Conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Improvement Plans 5. Developing performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
