Assist in organizing and facilitating employee engagement activities and events. 5. Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
