About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Handling backend/ Administration related to HR. 2. Understanding the team requirements for new or open positions. 3. Utilising all avenues including job portals, campus placements, referrals, etc. to attract the best Candidate. 4. Managing the early recruitment processes to hire across varying positions, including marketing, business analysis, operations, sales and business development, and more. 5. Setting expectations of the new team members so that they understand the job requirements and deliver to the best of their capabilities 6. Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding 7. Develops training and performance management programs that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities. 8.
