About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing HR-related data (e.g., employee demographics, turnover rates, engagement survey results). 2. Develop reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and trends. 3. Support the HR team in preparing presentations with insights from HR data for leadership meetings. 4. Conduct research to identify best practices and industry trends in HR analytics. 5. Help create data models to predict workforce trends, such as retention and recruitment success. 6. Support ad-hoc HR projects and assist in improving data-driven HR decision-making. 7. Assist in automating HR reports and visualizing data through various tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics software).
