About the internship RESPONSIBILITIES:- responsible for recruitment and selection, sourcing and hiring talent that aligns with the company's needs. oversees employee relations, dealing with conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. training and development programs are also within their purview, helping employees improve their skills and grow within the company. vital for ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, which includes handling legal and ethical matters related to employment.
