About the internship As an HR intern at Ayushya, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting with recruitment processes, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. 2. Supporting employee onboarding and orientation activities. 3. Managing and updating employee records and databases. 4. Assisting with performance management processes, such as conducting evaluations and providing feedback. 5. Coordinating training and development programs for staff members. 6. Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and diversity and inclusion programs. 7. Providing general administrative support to the HR team. This role will allow you to develop essential HR skills and knowledge while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
