About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews 2. Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction coordination 3. Update and maintain employee records in the HR database 4. Assist in organizing and facilitating capacity-building sessions and training programs 5. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures 6. Conduct employee feedback surveys and prepare reports on findings 7. Provide administrative support for various HR-related activities 8.
