About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: -> Joining induction training and attending all the meetings regularly and on time -> Maintaining HR records -> Providing general HR support to team members -> Administering employee benefits *Extra responsibilities* -> Be a part of presentations in their nearby schools/colleges -> Participate in the fundraising drive of Adm Society and fundraising once a month -> Do social work once a month *Skills Required* -> English proficiency (speaking) -> Communication skills -> leadership skills -> Time management -> Recruiting -> HR Management -> Hiring *Benefits* -> Helps to build resume -> Certificates will be provided for fundraising -> Promotion will be given on the basis of your performance -> Intern of the week and Intern of the month will be provided on the basis of your performance -> Developing leadership qualities Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the work from home job/internship 2. can start the work from home job/internship between 10th Jan'25 and 14th Feb'25 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
