About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. 2. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. 3. Support employee relations by addressing staff inquiries and providing assistance with HR-related issues. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee documentation. 5. Perform other administrative duties as required to support the HR department.
