Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment - Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews for all levels of management
2. HR Operations - Onboarding process, conduct induction, preparing letters, appraisal process
3. Attendance and leave Management - Ensure a leave management system is in place for the concierge team as well as other teams
4. Payroll - Salary processing. Handling Statutory compliances, and more
5. Employment Engagement - Plan and execute activities like birthday parties, weekend activities, festival celebrations, and more
6. Grievance Management - Handling employee grievances; ensuring they are sorted out in the most effective ways
Who can apply

3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and neighboring cities
