About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Calling, screening, and selling prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all it has to offer the industry's top talent 2. Interviewing candidates using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and stability questions) 3. Being accountable for the delivery on the recruiting plan 4. Locating and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques 5. Being well-versed with recruitment software and job portals 6. Working closely with managers and technical teams 7. Planning for special recruitment drives in collaboration with business leads and supervisor's guidance to meet targets 8. Screening, interviewing, and preparing an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline and maintaining high interview-to-offer ratios 9. Working with the business, HR, and compensation teams to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiating compensation with candidates 10. Being results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 4th Dec'24 and 8th Jan'25 3. are available for duration of 6 months 4. have relevant skills and interests EzeiaTech is a growing specialized software service and product development company.
