About the internship Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements. Post job ads on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms. Source and screen candidates through resumes, LinkedIn, and other channels. Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interview schedules. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the process. Assist with onboarding new hires as needed. Offer advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
