About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Helping OML build teams by assisting with the end to end talent acquisition process 2. Sourcing potential active and passive candidates through traditional job portals and newer mediums 3. Effectively screening candidates and evaluating based on telephonic interviews 4. Coordinating and scheduling interview conversations 5.
