About the internship Key responsibilities: 1. Liaise with the talent acquisition team to ensure a smooth hiring process 2. Collaborate with the HR team to design and set up an engaging rewards & recognition policy 3. Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for recognizing employee achievements 4. Bring a fresh perspective and creativity to HR initiatives 5. Develop unique ways to reward and motivate employees 6. Coordinate with VPs and Managers to gather nominations for R&R programs 7.
