Screen and shortlist relevant candidates. 4. Conduct interviews. Requirements: 1. Excellent Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients. 2. Timeliness: Ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed on time, adhering to deadlines and schedules. Dedication: Show commitment and enthusiasm in all assigned tasks, contributing actively to team goals. 3. Education: An MBA or any undergraduate degree is preferred, showcasing a solid educational background relevant to the role.
