Assist with recruitment processes such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting screenings. 2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases using MS-Excel and MS-Word. 3. Support HR team in organizing training sessions, onboarding new employees, and managing employee relations. 4. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting job descriptions, preparing offer letters, and coordinating HR meetings. 5. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as local labor laws. 6. Collaborate with team members on various HR projects and initiatives. 7. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
