About the internship JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HR INTERN: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Communication, Negotiation, positive attitude, confidence, should know how to keep candidates engaged & most important thing follow-ups. 2. Employee engagement programs, joining formalities, exit formalities, etc. Recruitment 3. Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department. 4. Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved by the concerned person. 5. Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills. 6. Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be. 7. Encouraging the employees to provide a reference for better prospects. 8. Arranging for technical interviews and coordinating with the concerned person. 9. Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. 10. Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for full time (in-office) internship 2. can start the internship between 6th Nov'24 and 11th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
