About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms. 2. Screening potential candidates' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill client's job vacancies. 3. Conducting telephonic interviews. 4. Organizing face-to-face interviews with shortlisted candidates at client's place. 5. Coordinating and grooming the candidate to appear for the interview, selection, and conducting the onboarding process. 6. Data churning. 7. Mapping industries, candidates, groups, etc. 8. Managing database of candidates & progress report. 9. Being a part of training organized by the organization. Who can apply Only those candidates can apply who: 1. are available for the part time job/internship 2. can start the part time job/internship between 30th Oct'24 and 4th Dec'24 3. are available for duration of 3 months 4. have relevant skills and interests * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
