About the internship As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Silco Automotive Solutions LLP, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. With your knowledge of Allegro Software, English proficiency (spoken and written), and proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team in various tasks and projects. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork. 2. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. 3. Support HR team in organizational development initiatives, such as training programs and performance evaluations. 4. Assist with employee relations activities, including communication with staff and addressing any concerns. 5. Help with benefits administration, including enrollment and coordination with insurance providers. 6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement activities. 7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
